Perseid meteor shower comes along every August. I stepped out to let the dog pee, and collapsed on our swing while he did his thing. In the 3 minutes or so that I was there, I saw 3 zip past in just the little bit of sky that I could see. I’ve never had seen so many so quickly.
🙂 I don’t remember having heard them in our neighbourhood before, but 2 weeks ago, there they were, singing away in the evening (and occasionally one feisty fellow sings all night)
