Indeed!
On the same day I broke my ankle, a friend’s husband had a heart attack while ploughing snow (with a machine, I believe). The storm had power out for a couple of days for some of my friends. It’s been a rough year for more than a few of us! Here’s hoping it gets better asap!

Oh dear did you fractue your foot??
I did, unfortunately. 😦
Should have listened to hubby when he said to stay inside!
Oh dear, so sorry to hear about that:( I slipped Dec 23rd but nothing broken except a bit of skin and pride. Take care, kiddo…Hubby is wise
I wish I’d listened to him!

I’m so sorry to hear you broke your ankle. Well at least you have the sentinel doggies. Please get well soon.
Thanks, Deb. They are very good at standing in front of me ready to trip me so I’ll spend more time at home.

Sorry you’re hurt, but happy to see that you’ve hid your pain in a well-written limerick! Keep up the great work…
hubby said, Well at least ypu’ll get lots of blog material out of this.
Nice! I’m sure he is correct.
I’m pretty sure I didn’t need the extra material.
Pain is poetry, just as much, if not more than joy is. It couldnt hurt, anyway…
Oh, but it definitely does hurt.
Trust me on this one!
Darling poem. So sorry about its source! Take care.
Sally
Thanks Sara
