Love your poem, Shawn, and it makes me laugh because living in Calif., we’re in a drought…my last post was about the rain we finally got and it was heavenly. But I know many who are very tired of the harsh winters, too, so I hope spring arrives soon for you all! 🙂

It’s pouring today. The grates are packed with snow, so there are great fathomless puddles on the highways and drivethroughs. At 0.5 degrees C it’s barely above freezing. In a couple of hours when the temperature drops a bit, the roads will be skating rinks. Winter is getting old and cranky.
We’re used to it, so we know how to drive in snow/ice, and our tires are made for it, but if you’re not paying attention, or hit black ice on a corner, accidents can happen quickly.
Nice poem! I couldn’t agree more. Ready for springtime!
Hopefully soon!
So ready for spring! The snow is just an irritant now!
It’s definitely feeling that way!
We have only rain, but drowning in it. Nice sunny warm days would be nice!
We could use some rain. (I will regret saying that in about a month!)
(I hope).
LOL
😉
but just think about where you’re sending it… 🙂
lol
I think everyone is sick of winter!
Indeed!
I so, so agree! Winter needs to go away and let beautiful spring come to visit! LOL
6″ of snow today! I mean SERIOUSLY! This has to stop.
I know. I am so tired of shoveling!
It’s nicer when the precipitation goes away by itself.
with march marches away the winter and springs the spring. 🙂
We can dream that it will be so!

I can’t imagine icy roads in day to day traveling…stay warm!
