Great advice. ๐
“Just do it!” as Nike says. ๐
I agree!! Happy writing!!! ๐
and to you!
Truth.
๐
I think that about sums it up. Pretty profound actually…
Yes. An essential profundity of all art.
That is so true. I’ve literally been writing poetry since I was in elementary school; however, I stopped writing when I started getting sick six years ago. I still wonder how much I could have really written when I was scrambling so because the rug was pulled out from beneath me. I’ve been amazed, though, by the Niagra Falls of words and emotion I’ve spilled onto countless pages since thinking I was merely dipping my toes in the water.
Great advice. Thank you!
Keep it up!
I will, thank you!
Very true – Some days I’ve started out with “I don’t know what to say” or “I should write but…” it’s amazing what you can come up with.
I tell my students, “the brain is in the pen- just set it on the paper!” ๐
Depending on the age of the students – watch out! ๐
yup!
Reblogged this on Sara Crawford's Writing Blog and commented:
This.
100th like!
Thanks!
Agree… How to be a paid writer is completely different… lol
Not really. You have to keep writing to build your portfolio and contacts. If you’re not writing all the time, you have nothing to sell.
I love this! ๐
Thanks!
