WRITERS’ CULTURAL IMMERSION WEEK

Where? Dalhousie, New Brunswick on the spectacular Bay of Chaleur – member of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club, where rivers, bay and mountains meet.
Combine your vacation with learning writing skills (for fun, or professionally) in a bilingual, culturally & musically rich area of Atlantic Canada.
Writing Instructors: Patricia A. Donahue, award winning author & university instructor and Shawn L. Bird, author, high school teacher.
Cultural-related classes in Acadian cooking and historical storytelling, Mi’Kmaq knowledge of plants, photography/bird-watching, coastal excursions, music, and more .
Venue: Arts Restigouche is a beautiful heritage building located with beach access and fantastic sunrise vistas. RV & Tenting Park is adjacent (book early). Other types of accommodation available.

PS: Experiential tourism is on the rise: visit, get involved with locals, and learn writing skills. Dalhousie, New Brunswick is on the awesome Bay of Chaleur, where the population is 85% bilingual.
