The Poetry Retreat is Over
I am the last to leave.
The GPS battery is dead;
I don’t know where to go from here.
Home? To write?
Not quite yet. Catching up with some friends from Vancouver Island since I’m here. Last time I was on the Island was several years ago, so it’s a rare opportunity.
You’ll figure it out.
Thankfully, when I started the car, the GPS worked. I don’t know why the battery ran down when it was turned off and plugged in! Technology is weird.
Follow your heart instead (but make sure there is plenty of fuel in the tank) 💜😊
Glad you got to your next destination all right !
The dead GPS battery only means discovery and adventure is limitless 🙂
endless wandering… Well, at least I’m on an island. There is only so far I can go.
Then I’d suggest getting a boat. An aquatic adventure for a change 🙂
That’s what the ferry is for! 🙂
There you go. Problem solved. No need of GPS. 😀
