The boots are on.

Laced up tight.

Little Xs pulling things together

(Are those hugs or kisses?)

No matter.

When you’re giving winter the boot,

either

is a good message to wear.

I always feel slightly super powered when I wear these boots, though I can’t wear them if I’m running late for work since it takes 4 minutes per boot to lace them up! Β πŸ™‚

Those boots were made for walkin’! Among other things… πŸ˜€

  3. I am glad for my hiking boots. They take 1.5 minutes per boot.

love the idea of little X’s pulling things together. the best kisses really do that! and those boots are hot.

    • πŸ™‚ Thanks. I hunted 3 years for grey boots, and these babies showed up in the clearance on Fluevog.com a year after they’d disappeared from the website and I’d given up hope. They were too expensive, so I hadn’t bought them, but then they were just $120 and it felt like fate! πŸ™‚ The heels are hour glass shaped. So awesome. I’ve had them a few years now, and I still love them. πŸ™‚ (Despite how long it takes to get into them!)
