Thanks, Sarah.
Back when I set up the blog there was a question on the set up that asked if I wanted it to snow in December. I hit yes. Every year, it automatically starts snowing the week of Dec 1st and stops in early January. It always is a pleasant surprise to log in and see drifting dots! π It’s been 5 years, so I have no idea anymore how to do it. A search might tell you!
OK Sarah- I went hunting. On your WordPress site, go to SETTINGS, then GENERAL. Scroll down and one of the options is “SNOW until Jan 4.” Click to check it. That’s it! It will stop in January, and start up again next December. π Very festive feature. If you move your cursor, the snow follows it, which can seem very entertaining when one is bored. π
well bored is fun sometimes π thanks i found it and it works, i didnt expect an answer so fast, but that is just great. Great weekend wishes to you, happy writing
