     I was away at meetings with the Ministry of Education yesterday- 2 flights, 3 days with not enough sleep. It’s caught up with me, and there were 25 students teachers in my school today, 9 of them in my class. They replaced 6 students away for We Day and were able to work one on one with the remaining 11. Busy!

       Thanks. My average is something like 385 posts a year since I started in 2010. 🙂

       You only improve at anything by fully committing to it, right?

   You summed it up perfectly. Love the jaw cracking yawn too. Does your jaw really crack when you yawn, or did it just fit? 😉

       Try restorative yoga. I have learned that it is possible to relax your way into fitness and well-being.

       I brought a yoga class into our school Tuesdays at 4:00. I paid my money, and attended the first class. The next week there was staff meeting, the next I was out of town for meetings, tomorrow I have to be at the university for a presentation. I’m TRYING to do restorative yoga, but my schedule is thwarting me!
