Baby birds
peeping in the road
calling for dinner–all mouths
few feathers
Watch for cats!
Those are times when i wish to don cotton gloves, and rescue the hapless.
and so they did, though what the longterm prognosis is, I do not know!
Awe Mrs. Bird, have you been touched by nature?
My friend’s kids just found some starling chicks in the middle of the road.
Still alive i hope?
Nope, the cat got one, and the next day the other expired in my friend’s hand.
Sad!
