How very appropriate! I’ve been home for two days with back & knee pain. Doctor wrapped both my knees with Ace Bandages and gave me two pain pills. I look like a Black Bride of Frankenstein combined with the Mummy. I also purchased some Arnicare Cream for my sore joints. Hopefully soon the Joints will be Jumping once again! LOL!!
I over-did it yesterday, not always using my crutches. By bedtime (6 a.m.) the foot was swollen and I woke up with it so painful I couldn’t step on it. NOT GOOD! So now I’m hobbling with the crutches and feeling sorry for myself.
Wow, really great poem! I had a knee problem and every day I would stretch in spite of the pain, it got better but I often felt I was ‘on the edge of the agony.’ as you put it. Brilliant 😀

Take things slowly and I’m sure Ms. Foot and ankle will cooperate in due time. Be well.
Fingers crossed!

Thanks, Andy. It’s definitely a challenge! I hope your knee is behaving itself these days!
Most days it does 🙂 I think any injury comes with some difficulties though, even stubbed toes can ruin a perfectly good walk
Whoo, sharp. “When you may need to run.” Don’t know if you meant it that way, but certainly seemed to carry a darker meaning. Neat!
😉
Always figurative and literal playing for equal time…
