Ponder the options

think for awhile

jot down the image

consider and smile.

Take steps, even small ones,

stay out of the holes,

and before you know it

you’ll reach your goal.

    As carefully as I plan my goals/objectives as the old saying goes, Man proposes. God disposes. Or the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry. While walking the path thinking my destination sure I step onto what seems sturdy ground only to fall into a portal casting me as Alice in Wonderland and I find myself chased by a silly rabbit who is pursued by a Mad Hatter!! Where is my GPS when I need one?!!

    This poem is very inspiring. I also write poems and you do have to ponder, think, jot down, consider and rewrite. Knowing that someone else experience this gives me more confidence in myself.
