I love this. I don’t know what the imagery represents, exactly, but the words….. the way they go together is so intoxicating and so captivating. And so simple. I love it.
Ah well, the pondering is the point. 😉 (Though in actual fact, I was smelling blood, and it was so weird that I decided to write a poem about it. Now we have to ponder WHY I was smelling blood. Is it like smelling toast is a sign of stroke? lol)
