‘Neath Cold night stars

that come undone

they glow afar

new life begun.

Breathe, you’re alive!

Ignore the scars

Rain washes sighs

making time ours

new life begun

‘neath cold night stars.

This is a GREAT poem! I have been reading through some this morning on the WP reader that are so,”Depressing!” Some of the others are someones attempt to prove they have BIG vocabulary. This poem is simple and beautiful.

I like the up-lifting move-on message, nice, very nice indeed.

    there is hope

    small pin-holes of light

    in every darkness

  4. Having lived long enough to have borne a reasonable amount of scars, I found that analogy most practical to the message to overcome, endure, and move on. Nice piece of work.

    Very soothing, beautiful!
