   It may be satire but isn’t there a grain of truth there too.? Some men take machismo too far by believing themselves irresistable to the female sex and so won’t take no for an answer. Perhaps we should forget the blindfolds and remove their cojones to go in a jar by the door instead. Women have the right to feel safe wherever they are.
   Since it’s unfortunately true that most paedophiles are men perhaps all men on TV shows should be paired with a female presenter. That will give shows a lot more variety, increase employment for women and protect our children at the same time. Of course the women can’t be too pretty in case it leads to more operations and the purchase of more jars to go beside more doors.

     It makes more sense if an image offends you, to remove your ability to see it, than to presume it also offends everyone else. There is that biblical injunction, (Mt 18:9) if your eye offends you, to pluck it out. The image of half the population in blindfolds does boggle the mind though!
