Leaves wave

from tree tops

Some exhuberant,

amazed to greet the sky,

some, more lazily,

wave with sighs

      Oh. How I love Seals and Croft!

      Once upon a time, long, long ago I had to purchase The Longest Road after this middle of the night radio dedication. I was 600 km away, listening to skip as the radio waves bounced over the Rockies and the voice of the man I adored came on and said, “This one goes all the way out to Kelowna, BC. This one’s for Shawn…”

      First love

      (and 30 years later I wrote a book about it called Grace Awakening, and now I’ve recovered! lol)

    Seals and Crofts defined both the music of our Faith and of the early 1970’s, for quite some time.
