I’m diving,

slicing water,

breathless,

drowning.

I’m racing,

building speed,

breathless,

crashing.

I’m going,

aiming high

breathless,

exploding.

.

.

This sounds like something terrible is unfolding, but all is well, just having a busy, breathless kind of day! 🙂

Just make sure have a parachute when you land and are able to catch your breathe 🙂

Another outstanding poem!! There is so much energy in your poem that I was out of breath when I came to the last word in it!

I know what you mean!! I have those unremarkable, breathless days. The “high” feeling of extreme, even when not any kind of drug. That feeling of soaring. Well, I get it. Thats all.
