I think that is very nice that you wrote ,,shave the moon and fuel the sun” it is not romantic however, words moon and sun are romantic and reflect a woman and a man but normal activities makes them like normal persons, who have their day routine and roles in the life. And I love this 🙂
I really love all the poetry you’ve been writing and posting! Thanks for being such an inspiration. 🙂
My pleasure, Jennifer.
At this stage it is something of a compulsion.
Compulse on! 😉
lol
Will do.
compulsion=propulsion. always keep moving. Great work 🙂
Thanks.
I think I scare people, as I go into a poetic trance while standing in a crowd…
You’re a vision dancer. Poetic trances are a vessel for your expression. 🙂
They are. I turn into my head as I spin the phrases, and leave everyone else in the mundane.

With that image, I was thinking of how the moon is shaved off a little bit until it disappears, before coming back a bit until it’s full again.
Oh, so it is an absolutely different meaning, really beautiful and powerful meaning.
I’m looking at the sky differently now -thanks
Thanks for stopping by
What a dreamy piece – I can imagine floating in space ……. Cool;)
Thanks.
What an awesome truth. 🙂
Thanks Lisa
Thank you for visiting and following my new blog. I’m looking forward to yours. “You did not shave the moon.” Beautiful.
Thanks. My pleasure!
Such gorgeous imagery in this. Not too many people are brave enough to use the cosmos in their writing.
Thanks, Megan
