The wind chimes
on my back deck
honour the day
intoning like sonorous church bells
calling for celebratory worship.

NICE
Happy Easter!
and to you!
Amen. The wind sings spring.
A lovely sentiment!
Beautiful! Happy Easter Shawn 🙂
Happy Easter!! Hugs!!
Almost a Haiku. But perfect just like it is. Does it mean you don’t have to go to church if church is right on your doorstep
and echoing through the back yard. It seems to be the case in practice, if not in theory!
This one gets to me. I think nature and chimes are both kind of musical, and everything- well, almost everything- calls us to worship.
My chimes are those really long ones tuned to the Westminster bells. Lovely deep chiming!
