I am well, though my mom is in hospital having had a heart attack yesterday.

Thanks Shawn. And sigh…the wide dissemination of false/incomplete information…Why is it that the stuff that isn’t true has an easier time making its rounds than the stuff that is true? Or am I just being a pessimist? 😉
Because everyone wants a simple thing to be true, when things are rarely simply.
A few years ago a friend circulated an article from her hospital saying coughing rushes blood to the brain; Now however, if you look it up, it is contraindicated as a CPR technique. So maybe it is best not to do this and check with your doctor. It did make sense at that time but now I am not so sure. The Red Cross is against it.
Sometimes, I think they’re hard to tell apart.
