You were right there
each line carefully crafted
and now you’re gone.
WP, or your mind?
Very sweet Mrs. Bird, funny how seems to be in line within my life at the moment..
Your poems are lost?
Reblogged this on ordinary girl.
Happens so often with me..its in my mind and out before I can Penn it down
If I can just hold a key work I can usually recover it, but this one is just sitting out on the blurry edges of memory, taunting me.
Been there. Done that. One of the reasons why I’m never without an ‘ideas’ book these days!
The book is useful if you’re not semi-asleep, driving, or in the bath when the poem invades and is crafted. Sadly, aside from sitting at the computer itself, these are the locations most likely for me to be working up a poem.
Hmmm-tricky one! C’est la vie!
