or a toilet
backing up.

So bizarre.
I’ll say! I wonder if, with a great deal of work and practice, one could emulate it?
It’s sort of like, “Ba-luuuurrr-pahhhhhh” with strong aspiration on the B and P… 😉
Seems like an expression of being cold followed by one of disgust!
lol I raced down the hall thinking the dog was vomiting. He as lying there asleep. Then it happened again, and I thought it was something burbling out of the drains, I checked the toilet and bath tub, but they were dry. It happened again, and I realized it was coming from overhead, I looked up to see the crow stalking around the edge of the sky light and then pecking at it. I have no idea how he could make the sound. The crows are fascinated with our skylight.
